This is a collaborative project offered by Terry Berman and Alma Soongi Beck (www.asbdiversity.com), under the name Berman, Beck and Associates, and Out and Equal Workplace Advocates (www.outandequal.org).

This full-day training* (half-day option available upon request) inspires lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) organizations and LGBT employee resource groups to create environments that are inclusive of cultural and racial differences.

Among the issues covered:

• Building awareness of attitudes and beliefs about ourselves and other groups
  
• Understanding the intersection between race and other isms, including homophobia
  
• Developing authentic relationships across differences
